In addition to these, all applications involving debt amount of Rs. 100 crores and above, if otherwise falling under the jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1 and Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2, Delhi, Debts Recovery Tribunal Jaipur, Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1, Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2 and Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 Chandigarh shall fall under the jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3, Delhi (DRT 3, Delhi).
