Court complexes of Delhi’s eleven court districts
Criminal cases go to the court district whose list includes the police station that registered the case. The eleven court districts sit in six court complexes:

Police districts and court districts are not the same: for example, Vasant Vihar police station is in the South West police district but its cases go to Patiala House Courts, and Janakpuri police station is in the West police district but its cases go to Dwarka Courts. If you do not know your police station, find it by colony or on the map.

This list is taken from each district court’s own “Police Station Wise Magistrate” list, with the date of that list, and covers every territorial police station. Metro, railway and special units (such as EOW, Crime Branch and cyber police stations) have their own arrangements and are not listed here.

Is the police district the same as the court district?
No. About half of Delhi’s police stations are in a police district whose name differs from the court district that hears their cases.
