In addition to these, all applications involving debt amount of Rs. 100 crores and above, if otherwise falling under the jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1 and Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2, Delhi, Debts Recovery Tribunal Jaipur, Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 1, Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2 and Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 Chandigarh shall fall under the jurisdiction of Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3, Delhi (DRT 3, Delhi).
The territorial jurisdiction of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi has been recently amended and the same was notified in The Gazette of India vide CG-DL-E-06102022-239351. You can find the copy of same here:
DRT court fee
The fee for an Original Application is Rs. 12,000 where the debt is up to Rs. 10 lakh, and Rs. 12,000 plus Rs. 1,000 for every lakh or part of a lakh above that, up to Rs. 1,50,000 (rule 7, Debts Recovery Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1993).
